Jiang Haiquan
Head of Manufacturing
Jiang Haiquan joined YG in 2019 and is responsible for the Group’s manufacturing operations. He oversees production management across the organization, with a focus on operational efficiency, delivery performance, plant execution, and the effective coordination of manufacturing resources. His role covers the day-to-day management of production activities as well as the continuous improvement of manufacturing discipline and process control.
Since joining the company, he has worked to strengthen production consistency and support scalable operations across YG’s manufacturing system. By focusing on execution, coordination, and stable output, he helps ensure that the Group’s manufacturing platform can support both ongoing business growth and the evolving needs of customers across different markets.
Liu Zhongjian
Head of Technology & R&D
Liu Zhongjian joined YG in 2006 and leads the Group’s technology and R&D functions. Over the course of his tenure, he has played an important role in the development of YG’s technical capabilities, overseeing product development, process improvement, and innovation across the company’s adhesive materials business. His responsibilities include guiding technical direction, supporting product upgrades, and strengthening the connection between research and application needs.
With nearly two decades at YG, he has contributed to the advancement of the Group’s core adhesive technologies and the expansion of its product capabilities. His long-term involvement in technical development has helped support YG’s ability to respond to changing market requirements, improve product performance, and build a stronger foundation for innovation across multiple application areas.
Fred Dai
General Manager, International Sales
Fred Dai joined YG in 2004 and leads the Group’s international sales operations. He is responsible for global market development, overseas customer engagement, and the growth of YG’s international business. His role includes expanding the company’s presence in overseas markets, supporting major customer relationships, and helping align business development with the Group’s broader international strategy.
Having been with the company for more than twenty years, he has been closely involved in the long-term development of YG’s global business. His experience has helped the company strengthen its international sales structure, deepen customer relationships, and expand its reach across multiple regions. His work continues to support YG’s focus on long-term partnerships, sustainable growth, and customer-oriented business development.
Li Qian
Director of Customs Affairs
Li Qian joined YG in 2012 and oversees the Group’s customs affairs and trade compliance functions. She is responsible for import and export processes, customs operations, and the execution of relevant regulatory requirements. Her work supports the orderly movement of goods across borders and helps ensure that YG’s international business operations are conducted in a compliant and efficient manner.
Since joining the company, she has contributed to the development and stability of YG’s cross-border operating system. By focusing on customs coordination, compliance execution, and process reliability, she helps reduce operational risk and supports the smooth handling of international shipments. Her role is an important part of the Group’s broader global supply chain and export management capability.
Hong Yan
Procurement Director
Hong Yan joined YG in 2006 and is responsible for the Group’s procurement and supplier management functions. She oversees sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and purchasing-related planning, with a focus on supply continuity, sourcing efficiency, and cost management. Her responsibilities support the stable operation of YG’s manufacturing system and the long-term reliability of its supply chain.
Over the years, she has built extensive experience in procurement management within the company. Her long tenure has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of supplier collaboration, internal coordination, and the importance of balancing quality, timing, and cost in a manufacturing environment. Through her work, she helps strengthen YG’s supply base and supports the company’s ability to maintain stable operations as it continues to grow.
Chen Jiuxiang
Quality Director
Chen Jiuxiang joined YG in 2005 and leads the Group’s quality management system. She is responsible for overseeing incoming inspection, in-process quality control, and finished product quality assurance across the organization. Her work supports product consistency, compliance with internal standards, and the continuous monitoring of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
With nearly twenty years at YG, she has played a sustained role in strengthening the company’s quality control foundation. Her experience in quality management has helped support stable production standards and improve confidence in product performance across different business areas.
