As a key overseas production base for the group, the Malaysia factory bears critical missions such as ensuring stable product supply and expanding overseas market share. However, since operations commenced, newly recruited personnel, lacking sufficient practical experience and professional training, have led to noticeable "skill gaps" in certain positions.
This is particularly evident in product testing/verification and production equipment operation, where staff are unfamiliar with product standards, operational procedures, work parameters, and testing methods. This has resulted in low production efficiency and insufficient data accuracy, severely impacting production continuity and stability.
To address this challenge, the Jiangxi Technical Department proactively responded to the request for assistance. They promptly launched a targeted training program with the goals of "Bridging Skill Gaps, Enhancing Competence, and Improving Quality," appointing Chief Equipment Engineer Dai Wuzhen and Testing Team Leader Wu Zhihong as core trainers to fully drive this support initiative.
To ensure the training was precise and effective, the Jiangxi Technical Department developed systematic training objectives centered around the core needs of the testing roles: while quickly addressing the immediate skill shortages, the program aimed to help Malaysian staff systematically master the standardized testing system, comprehensively enhance their professional operation and measurement capabilities, and achieve "short-term efficiency gains and long-term empowerment." Based on these objectives, the technical department prepared a customized training outline in advance, covering modules such as testing items, standards/references, operational methods, and key considerations.
On October 25th, veteran equipment expert Dai and testing specialist Wu, armed with a professional training plan and full of enthusiasm, departed for the Malaysia factory. Upon arrival, they quickly integrated with the local team. Aligning with the work habits of the Malaysian staff and the actual conditions of the testing systems, they scientifically set the training pace and commenced a several-day intensive skills training program based on the principles of being "practical, precise, and efficient." The training employed multi-dimensional teaching methods to ensure the effectiveness reached the core issues:
Systematically analyzing frequent problems and operational risks, reinforcing standard procedures and safety awareness.
Integrating theoretical explanations with hands-on practice, teaching key skills through real-scenario drills.
Conducting face-to-face exchanges, providing one-on-one answers to employees' specific questions, and encouraging experience sharing to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
After systematic learning and practical exercises, the Malaysia factory staff demonstrated significantly improved proficiency and accuracy in testing and equipment operation, alongside a deeper understanding of the testing systems and production workflows. Concurrently, the training team assisted in identifying optimization paths for the testing processes, supporting subsequent system improvements and continuous productivity gains.
Currently, Team Leader Wu's six-day systematic training has been successfully completed. Through clear explanations and practical guidance, she laid a solid skills foundation for the Malaysian colleagues. Engineer Dai remains stationed at the Malaysia site, focusing on in-depth debugging and specialized technical support for complex equipment issues.
Reflecting on the training experience, Wu Zhihong expressed profound sentiments: This trip to Malaysia was not only an opportunity to translate professional knowledge into tangible help but also broadened her international perspective and allowed her to experience the power of teamwork across different cultures. Interacting with local colleagues involved mutual learning and shared progress, and she looks forward to participating in such exchanges in the future to support the company's overseas business expansion.
Precise training is not a "one-off investment" but rather a "long-term project" for continuous empowerment. To strengthen ongoing communication, the Jiangxi Technical Department and the Malaysia factory have established a WeChat communication group, creating a closed-loop mechanism of "Training - Feedback - Optimization."
The Malaysia factory regularly provides feedback on new challenges encountered in work, and the Jiangxi Technical Department offers timely technical support. This cross-border assistance has not only injected new momentum into the Malaysia factory but has also built a bridge for long-term empowerment, supporting its steady progress on the path of high-quality development.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to use targeted training as a link, strengthening support for overseas bases, promoting the sharing of technology and experience, and helping overseas production bases continuously enhance their core competitiveness, collectively writing a new chapter in the company's global development.
