How Material Construction Affects Performance
- 01

Face Material
PVC · PP · PET · Paper · Canvas
- 02

Print Surface
Ink compatibility · Print coating · Surface finish
- 03

Film Properties
Flexibility · Stiffness · Dimensional stability
- 04

Adhesive System
Water-based or solvent-based, depending on grade
- 05

Bonding & Removal
Initial tack · Bond build · Removal requirements
- 06

Adhesive Appearance
Clear · White · Gray · Black
- 07

Release Liner
Flatness · Release · Air-channel options
- 08

Protective Laminate
Film compatibility · Surface finish · Exposure
Options vary by product. Confirm print compatibility, adhesion and removal on the intended surface. Air-release channels alone do not establish suitability for complex curves.

Digital Printing & Graphic Materials FAQs
Compatibility varies by media grade and surface coating. Share your printer model, ink type and finishing process so we can recommend suitable options. Before production, test a sample for print quality, ink adhesion, drying or curing, and flatness using your intended settings.
Outdoor life depends on the complete graphic system: film, adhesive, ink and any protective laminate, together with climate, installation orientation and cleaning. Unprinted film durability is not the same as printed graphic life. Tell us the installation location and expected display period to help identify a suitable grade.
Selected products offer removable adhesives, but removal results depend on the surface condition, installation period and exposure. Removable does not mean repositionable or guarantee damage-free removal. Test the selected film on the actual surface, particularly painted walls or vehicle finishes, before a larger installation.
Not all graphics need lamination. A compatible overlaminate can provide protection against handling, abrasion or cleaning and achieve the desired finish. Choose it according to the print media and application. For floor graphics, confirm slip resistance for the complete installed system rather than relying on the laminate alone.
Samples and available product-specific technical data can be provided for evaluation. Depending on the product, custom options may include width, roll length, thickness, finish, adhesive, liner and packaging. Send your required specifications or an existing product reference so we can confirm available options.
MOQ and production lead time vary by material, roll size, packaging and customization. Products are manufactured to confirmed order specifications. Share your quantity, delivery destination and required arrival date so we can confirm the minimum order, production schedule and shipping arrangements.
