Defined Technical Performance

The R-BPC043 model has a 43 μm total thickness, ≥4.0 N/in peel adhesion, ≥76 N/in tensile strength, and ≥100% elongation, providing clear technical data for product evaluation.

Recycled content and recyclability are different characteristics.

Recycled content describes the use of recovered material in manufacturing the tape. Recyclability depends on the complete tape construction and the collection, sorting, and recycling systems available after use.

Recycled BOPP Tape should therefore not automatically be described as recyclable solely because it contains recycled polypropylene.

Recycled-content requirements under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) depend on the applicable packaging category and the source of the recycled material.
