How to Choose Printable Graphic Film
1. Confirm the Printing Method
Check whether the material will be printed with eco-solvent, solvent, latex or UV ink.
Printer settings and ink formulations may vary, so sample printing is recommended before bulk production.
2. Check the Application Surface
Printable graphic film is commonly applied to:
- Smooth advertising panels
- Flat or slightly curved surfaces
Rough, dusty, oily or textured surfaces may reduce adhesive performance.
3. Select the Adhesive
Choose removable adhesive for temporary promotions, exhibitions and replaceable graphics.
VC100 uses a clear removable solvent-based adhesive.
4. Confirm the Surface Shape
This printable polymeric PVC film is designed for vehicle wrapping.
It supports custom colors and printed graphics.
It is suitable for full wraps, partial wraps and curved vehicle surfaces.
For deep channels or complex curves, sample testing is recommended.
5. Decide Whether Lamination Is Needed
Lamination is recommended when the printed graphic requires additional protection from:
- Scratching
- Cleaning
- Handling
- Moisture
- Outdoor exposure
The laminate should match the flexibility and finish of the printable film.
