Release Performance for Tape Converting
YG PP Release Film provides specified standard release force, aged release force and residual adhesion for single-sided adhesive tape converting.
The 25 ± 2 μm and 28 ± 2 μm solvent-free grades provide a standard release force of 6–12 g/25 mm and an aged release force of 8–15 g/25 mm, with residual adhesion of ≥85%.
The 38 ± 2 μm solvent-based grade provides a standard release force of 100–500 g/25 mm and an aged release force of 150–700 g/25 mm, with residual adhesion of ≥85%.
