PET Release Liner

PET Release Liner is a PET film-based release material with a silicone coating, designed to provide controlled release performance for pressure-sensitive adhesive converting. YG Group offers single-side and double-side silicone-coated PET release liners for different adhesive constructions and converting requirements. For double-side silicone-coated structures, Side A and Side B can be configured with different release levels, supporting customized differential release requirements. Available PET grades include 25 ± 1 μm, 36 ± 1 μm, and 50 ± 1 μm, with clear film and widths from 500 to 1600 mm.

Release Performance for Pressure-Sensitive Converting

YG PET Release Liner provides specified standard release force, aged release force and residual adhesion for single-sided tape, self-adhesive vinyl and double-sided tape constructions.

For double-side silicone-coated PET, Side A and Side B can have different release-force levels, supporting differential release requirements where the two sides of the liner need different release behavior.
