Release Performance for Tape Converting
YG PET Release Liner provides specified standard release force, aged release force and residual adhesion for single-sided tape, self-adhesive vinyl and double-sided tape constructions.
For double-side silicone-coated PET, Side A and Side B can have different release-force levels, supporting differential release requirements where the two sides of the liner need different release behavior.
The available 25 ± 1, 36 ± 1 and 50 ± 1 μm PET film grades also provide different tensile-strength levels for different pressure-sensitive adhesive constructions.
