BOPP transfer tape combines clear visibility, stable handling and controlled adhesive performance. The transparent film allows installers to see both the vinyl graphic and the target surface, making alignment easier during application.

Its stable carrier helps keep letters, logos and graphic elements in position during transfer. It is suitable for general vinyl lettering, decals, window graphics and sign applications that require accurate positioning and smooth removal.

BOPP transfer tape can also provide a practical and economical solution for standard graphic transfer projects. Different film thicknesses, tack levels and liner structures can be selected according to the vinyl material and application process.

Choose BOPP transfer tape according to the vinyl surface, graphic size, liner release force, film thickness and application method.

• Small letters and detailed graphics: Choose reliable pickup and controlled tack to keep separate elements in position.
• Large graphics: Avoid unnecessarily high adhesion, which may make repositioning and removal more difficult.
• Matte or textured vinyl: Confirm that the adhesive provides enough contact with the uneven surface.
• Printed or laminated vinyl: Test compatibility with the ink, coating or laminate before bulk use.
• 42μm or 50μm film: Select the thickness according to handling, stability and converting requirements.
• Irregular surfaces: Confirm that the film offers suitable flexibility without stretching or moving the graphic.
• Release liner: Choose a linerless or release-lined structure according to storage, converting and application needs.

The transfer tape should lift the vinyl cleanly from its original liner and release smoothly after the graphic bonds to the final surface.

Sample testing with the actual vinyl, release liner and application surface is recommended before order confirmation.
